Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be confident ordering from us - and we’re always fair if something isn’t right.
Returns (change of mind)
- You can return your glass within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility
Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund.
Exchanges & damaged items
- If your glass arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible
- We’ll arrange a replacement where appropriate
Breakage after delivery
If your glass breaks during normal use, our Breakage Guarantee applies:
- One replacement per glass
- Valid for 12 months
- Broken glass must be returned for inspection
Please note: exchanges are only offered for damage or faults, not for general use or preference changes.
