We keep things simple and reliable.

Processing time

- Orders are packed and dispatched within 2-3 working days

- Every glass is carefully checked before packing

Delivery method

- Sent via Royal Mail 48 (Economy) or Royal Mail 24 (Express)

- Typical delivery time: 2–3 working days from dispatch (less peak season)

- Royal Mail will attempt to re-deliver up to two times if you fail to receive the item. Afterwards, it will be held at the local depot for you to collect for a further 18 days.

- It is the customer's responsibility to collect the parcel if it has not been delivered. We are able to process any product refunds once the item has been returned to us, should delivery failure occur.

- You will receive automatic updates from Royal Mail to the given email address at checkout.

Packaging

Your glass is protected using Hivewrap cushioning and shipped in a sturdy cardboard box designed to minimise movement in transit.

We pack everything with the same care we’d expect if it were heading to our own home.
