Breakage Guarantee
We’re confident in how our glasses are made - and we stand behind them.
That’s why every Gilded Peaks glass comes with a one-time breakage replacement guarantee, designed to cover genuine, everyday use.
What the guarantee covers
If your glass breaks during normal, intended use within 12 months of purchase, we’ll replace it once, in full.
This applies across the lifetime of each glass purchased - one replacement per glass.
What we ask in return
To keep the guarantee fair and sustainable:
- The broken glass must be returned to us for inspection
- Breakage must be consistent with everyday use (not deliberate damage, misuse, or impact beyond normal handling)
- Only one replacement is available per glass
Once assessed, we’ll send a brand-new replacement glass.
What isn’t covered
The guarantee does not apply to:
- Deliberate damage or misuse
- Repeated breakages of the same glass
- Cosmetic wear that doesn’t affect use
This guarantee sits alongside - not instead of - your statutory rights.
Why we offer it
We use premium borosilicate glass because it’s strong, resilient, and designed to last.
Breakages are rare - but if something does happen through normal use, we believe replacing it is the right thing to do.
