1. About Us
Gilded Peaks is a UK-based company offering design-led gifts and homeware inspired by Britain’s mountain landscapes.

 

2. Ordering
When you place an order on our site:You agree that all details provided are accurate.All payments are processed securely via Shopify. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed.

 

3. Product Information
We strive for accuracy, but slight variations in handmade or limited-batch items (such as glassware) may occur due to the nature of their creation.

All of our glasses are hand-made, and made from borosilicate glass. The volume varies by type of glass. All are designed in the UK but made in China.

 

4. Shipping & Returns
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days, unless you are pre-ordering, then it will be communicated upon order.

For returns of unwanted items:
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

For damaged or faulty items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll offer a free replacement or full refund, including original and return shipping costs.

We may ask for photos to assess the issue.To request a return, email team@gildedpeaks.com

Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.

 

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site - including product designs, photography, logo, and text - belongs to Gilded Peaks. You may not reuse or reproduce any part without permission.

 

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, nor for delays outside our control (e.g., postal strikes, delivery disruptions).

 

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
