If your glass breaks under normal use, we’ll replace it with a new one. Each glass purchased is covered for one free replacement across its lifetime.

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Returns
If you change your mind, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unbroken, and returned in their original, saleable condition.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
