When will my order arrive?
We aim to ship orders within two days, but will be in touch via email to confirm if there are any issues.
Our glasses are shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 48, and are individually checked by us before sending.
What are the product details?
All of our glasses are made ofhand-blown borosilicate glass. Without getting too technical, borosilicate glass is more durable than your everyday glasses, making it a superior choice.
Most high-end restaurants use this type of glass.
Our glasses may be placed in the dishwasher, however we recommend for optimal life that they are hand washed with care.
Our products and packaging are entirely designed in the United Kingdom, although we harness a premium glass suppliers' skill-set from China to manufacture the end product.
What is your return policy?
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll offer a free replacement or full refund, including original and return shipping costs.
We may ask for photos to assess the issue.
If you change your mind about our glasses, you have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
