Purchase options
Gilded Peaks offers ordinary one-off purchases and occasional pre-orders.
We do not currently offer subscriptions, recurring product orders or try-before-you-buy arrangements.
Where available, instalment or deferred-payment services are provided by the payment provider shown at checkout. These payment arrangements do not create a Gilded Peaks subscription.
Pre-orders
Pre-order products are identified before purchase, with an estimated dispatch date.
We take full payment at checkout. Pre-orders are dispatched when stock becomes available.
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, available products ship first and pre-order products follow separately. The applicable delivery charges for both shipments are shown before payment.
Orders containing pre-order products are excluded from our current free-delivery promotion.
If the estimated dispatch date changes materially, we will notify you. You retain your statutory cancellation rights.
Changing an order
We cannot substitute products or change product quantities within an order after checkout.
If you want different products, contact us about cancelling or returning the original purchase and place a separate order for your preferred items.
Cancelling an order
You can notify us that you wish to cancel an eligible online purchase at any time after ordering until 14 days after delivery.
For goods ordered together but delivered separately, the statutory cancellation period ends 14 days after receipt of the last item.
These rights apply to ordinary purchases, pre-orders, and sale or clearance products.
Email support@gildedpeaks.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may also write to:

3 Topiary Square
Richmond, London

You can use the optional cancellation form in our Returns and Refunds Policy, but it is not compulsory.
When dispatch cannot be stopped
Orders enter fulfilment promptly, so we cannot guarantee stopping dispatch after processing has begun.
Your cancellation rights still apply. If goods are dispatched, we will explain how to return them or, where suitable, refuse delivery.
Please tell us directly that you wish to cancel. Refusing a parcel or leaving it uncollected does not by itself clearly communicate cancellation.
Unless we agree to collect them, goods must be sent back within 14 days of your cancellation notice. You pay the direct return costs for unwanted goods, as explained in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Refunds after cancellation
If goods have not been dispatched, we refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
If goods have been dispatched, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive them back or you supply evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first. We then refund within 14 days of that event.
For cancellation of an entire order, we refund the product payments and basic outbound delivery charges. Where Express delivery was selected, the additional cost above basic delivery is not refundable.
We may make a permitted deduction for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
Refunds use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. We do not charge a cancellation or restocking fee for statutory cancellation.
Instalment and deferred payments
Where you paid through Klarna, Shop Pay instalments or another deferred-payment provider, we process the refund through the original payment arrangement.
The provider manages adjustments to your payment schedule under its terms. Contact it if you need clarification about an upcoming payment while a refund is being processed.
Additional return rights
Our separate Returns, Refunds and Breakage Guarantee Policy explains the additional 30-day returns offer and remedies for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
